The Circus

大马戏团

Kevin was very excited．

Kevin 很兴奋。

He hurried home on his bicycle．

他骑着自行车匆匆回家。

He ran through the front door．

他跑过前门。

“Mom，Dad，”he shouted．

“爸爸、妈妈，”他大喊道，

“The circus has come to town．”

“马戏团来了。”

Kevin loved the circus．

He was very excited when his father took him and his sister Jennifer to the circus the next day．

One squirted Kevin’s father with water．

That made Kevin laugh．

Kevin大笑起来。

A lady in a shiny costume walked a tightrope．

A boy Kevin’s age rode a unicycle．

He asked for a volunteer．

他邀请一名志愿者。

Kevin raised his hand and he was picked．

Kevin举起手，被选上了台。

The boy taught Kevin to ride a unicycle．

The audience clapped．

He had a great time at the circus！
