Joe Biden's mental health decline was exposed yesterday during his classified documents case for the world to see!! Him, his handlers nor supporters can defend him any longer!! Shaun Yurtkuran and myself break it down in detail for the full hour
I do not throw this term around lightly, but I think today was Shaun Yurtluran & my "best show ever"!! We hit a couple of pathetic topics about the city of Jackson in hour 1 & had one of the best conversations we've ever had in hour #2
We spent hour #1 discussing how out of whack the city of Jackson's priorities are when they're trying to get a convention center hotel & mix-use development funded while they can't even keep the traffic lights properly working in the city
In hour #2 we took a deep dive into Joe Biden's mental health after yesterdays bomb shell news in his classified documents case.
1. I know people are probably growing tired of me talking about the Anthony Fox case but he walked out of jail and a free and innocent man yesterday, still employed by the Clinton Police Dept. as a Detective after 550 days in Jail as a political prisoner!! We're going to celebrate god's work on the Clay Edwards Show!!
2. Tucker Carlson flew to Russia to interview Putin and the left are big mad about it, which tells me all I need to know!!
From WLBT
On Wednesday, Fox walked out of the Madison County Jail, surrounded by friends and family, just a week after his 2022 manslaughter conviction was overturned.
His release also comes just hours after the same Mississippi Court of Appeals granted a motion to waive the 21-day waiting period before its order reversing the conviction went into effect.
Typically, individuals who have their convictions overturned must wait 21 days before their release to give opponents a chance to appeal.
Because the verdict was rendered by the Appeals Court, only the Mississippi Attorney General could appeal, and she did not.
Not only is Fox a free man, but he also has a job.
On Tuesday, the Clinton Board of Aldermen approved Chief Ford Hayman’s request to re-hire Fox. He will return to work as a K9 narcotics detective.
“This is truly a blessing for Fox to be back where he belongs,” Hayman said in a news release. “Our city and our community are safer with Anthony Fox at work. I am happy that he will be returning to our detective squad.”
DISCUSSING JXN TURNING INTO A VIDEO GAME W/ SHAUN YURTKURAN (Ep #689)
JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) - More than six months after he was released on bond, the man indicted for killing two people near Hal’s St. Paddy’s Parade is back behind bars for violating the terms of that agreement with the court. Hinds County Circuit Judge Faye Peterson revoked bond for Jordan Cummins after testimony from two witnesses and evidence filed with the state showed him repeatedly spending time at the home of Jenny Lukens, a co-defendant in the case. A grand jury indicted Cummins last year on two counts of first-degree murder for the deaths of Joshua Spann and Auden Jubilee Simpkins, and also indicted Lukens for one count of hindering prosecution. The shooting took place a few blocks from the parade route for the Hal’s St. Paddy’s Parade in downtown Jackson back in March of last year. Cummins drove away after the shootings and was captured a short time later by Capitol Police. Though his bond was initially denied because of a cellphone video that emerged of Cummins justifying the shooting, Peterson granted him a $250,000 secured bond in July. That bond contained strict orders that required him to remain within the confines of his mother’s home from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. and have no contact with Lukens or the victims’ families. One witness told the court that she saw Cummins and Lukens together often, at least twice a week. Another witness, who served as a private investigator hired to monitor Cummins’ movements, said he violated the terms of his curfew almost constantly from late December to late January. Peterson took particular issue with the fact that Cummins did not change his behavior even after the state filed a motion to revoke bond with evidence that Cummins had been essentially living with Lukens during that time.
I'm doing my ever loving best to stay consistent with the daily livestreams I promised everyone, we were a little later doing today's than we have been but I think it was one of the better streams overall. Please keep in mind it's geared more towards a video viewing audience so you would be better served watching on one of my social media platforms.
