I started reading The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks (FINALLY) and am seeing so many patterns in my life confirmed by the subconscious limitations I place upon myself. What's CRAZY is that you don't want to feel good for too long.

You get scared saying things like "this can't be real" or "this won't last". Even if you don't say those things out loud, your behavior and "yes" and "no" responses match it. It's crazy to think about...

I've been in a serious slump (up until a few days ago) and I realized so many things that I was accepting that were delaying my journey in many aspects. I was accepting mediocrity. I was accepting half-assed work. But in the podcast I talk about the process of pulling myself out of the rut and calling myself OUT. I love myself too much to ALLOW myself to produce half-assed work. Half-assed content. It ain't me. 

And I realize this style isn't for everyone. Just sharing my experience on what helped me a ton! Feels good to be back!
