There is a real struggle in showing up for our loved ones and the people we serve.
So many things pull us in different directions. Those excuses drag us further down from reaching and becoming the person we want to become for them and our goals.
It's not easy to be juggling multiple responsibilities.
But how do you manage taking care of others while you do your self-care?
In this episode, Lindsay talks about how you can take on multiple roles and do it with flying colors.
It doesn't mean to be perfect all the time. It's about accepting and forgiving, showing kindness to yourself whenever things get awry and just not up to par.
It's about finding ways and taking advantage of your tools to connect back to yourself and show up again.
It's about living intentionally of what kind of person we want to be.

"What can I do to make myself feel good, rather than shame myself into feeling guilty about missing something? That's not going to help you in any way either. It's just going to beat you down, and you're going to be less likely to do it the next time. I think celebrating those small wins, doing those little things make a massive difference."
