Brothers Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau were killed near their childhood home in South Jersey on the eve of their sister's wedding. Sean Higgins, who worked at a substance abuse clinic was seen driving aggressively. While attempting to pass a slower vehicle on the right, Higgins sped up and veered right, striking the Gaudreaus. Higgins had a blood-alcohol level of .087, which is above the state's .08 legal limit. Jon will cover the tragic 911 call and Drew will explain in detail officers' field sobriety tests that make the case.
