Today I'm so excited to bring my friend Kylie back to the podcast, this time to talk all about how you can become more visible as a business owner, through hosting your own virtual summit. She shared so much value about the process, as well as a good dose of honesty about the results she's seen and how summits have fast-tracked everything for her.

Oh my goodness - WELCOME to the 100th episode of The Consistency Corner Podcast! I can't believe we're here and I'm so thankful for each and every one of you - today though I want to talk to you about the 5 things that the instagram influencers are not telling you about marketing your business! Let's dive in!
I covered:
- Why we need to understand the foundations and fundamentals of marketing to actually get results on social media.
- My opinion on niching down - and why I agree that niching down is important. When you talk to ONE person, other people eavesdrop (but when you talk to everyone, no one listens!)
- Social media is not a business strategy, it's a container for your message - likes and followers won't convert to sales.
- Stop consuming tips on how to grow your instagram - if you don't have a full funnel fleshed out behind the scenes - it won't lead to results or sales.
- If you're new in your business, you don't need a social media manager - you need a content strategist that will help you figure out how to actually get sales and what strategies to focus on.

This week on the podcast I'm honored to introduce you to Molly Knuth from Molly Knuth Media! Molly is on a mission to help women in small towns rewrite how they live and work on their own terms. She knows modern women want to grow families, build businesses or side hustles, impact others for the better, and be a positive force in our communities…but they also want to have a fulfilling life along the way.
In the past 6 years Molly has gone from a stay-at-home mom to a freelance social media marketer to a #bossbabe at Molly Knuth Media managing client needs, talented team members, and her husband and four kiddos on their little farm in Eastern Iowa. What she’s learned in that time is that it’s not just about going full force or any one-size-fits-all strategy for success in business or in life. It takes you leaning into your unique gifts, intuition, and goals, and learning about who you are as a person along the way.

I'm so excited to share this interview with you on the podcast - I'm bringing on my friend Lindsay Dollinger!
Lindsay is a high school Spanish teacher who started off building an online business as a network marketer, growing her team and business to the top 1% of the company. She quickly realized teaching business strategy was her passion and started coaching and teaching other women how to build their online businesses in pockets of time without burnout (don't you just love her already!)
In addition to her love of helping women build a successful online business, Lindsay is passionate about living a healthy and fulfilling life. She values her family, her doggy — Bella, a good book or podcast, an exhausting work out, traveling all over the world, and spending time laughing with friends. Lindsay loves supporting entrepreneurs (shout out to all the bosses out there!) and is a fierce advocate of many causes.

This week I'm so excited to be bringing an interview to you with the amazing Tashina King! Tashina has over 10 years experience coaching women from all over the world when it comes to their goals and desires. She is passionate about her whole-woman approach and believes that if we can transform the foundation upon which goals are rooted, they can be reached with ease, confidence and joy!
Let's welcome Tashina to the podcast!
In this episode we chatted about:
- How women often get in their own way and how we can actually change that (which is the first step in moving towards your goals and actually reaching everything you desire!)
- The power of having someone that's holding up a mirror and keeping you accountable so we can actually reach out goals.
- How we can tap into our creative genius - especially during those times that we might not be feeling so creative.
- Forgetting about the linear pathway and perhaps doing things out of order so that we can find our creative juices again! Movement needs to be the aim.

Today we're talking all about the success equation and how that applies to your marketing funnel and results. Back in the very first episode we chatted all about the success equation - because it is so powerful to ensure that your getting the results you want (regardless of what area of life you're wanting results in!) The success equation is: Time + Intensity + Consistency X Belief = Results.
But how does that apply to your marketing? That's what we cover during this episode!
I covered:
- What the success equation is AND what your marketing funnel is and how they are related.
- How the belief component of the success equation is the most important - and what people struggle with the most (and why we need to keep working on our mindset 24/7)
- Intensity & Consistency and how that can lead to burnout unless you pick a pace that will actually be achievable for you in the long term.
- Where can you layer in 'one more thing' at an intensity that you can maintain.
- Why we need to celebrate the process over progress - because sometimes it takes time to see results!

We dig into all things aligned therapy and flow - and how you can actually experience less hustle and more flow in your business and life!

- How working harder and working more doesn't always result in success and how Lauren let go off the pressure and beliefs she had around it.
- The idea that your weakness can become your greatest strength - even if you don't realise it.
- What burnout actually means and feels like and how Lauren used hypnosis to recover from burnout and then live and work in a more aligned way.
- How to find energetic alignment and what that means, especially as service providers that don't often consider the energetic exchange that happens when we work with clients.
- The power of hypnosis and how you can use it as a tool to reprogram your unconscious minds.
