Today we have a special guest on the podcast, Adriana Watt! She is a registered nurse, homeschool momma of four, and whole health coach, who serves weary caregivers. These caregivers can be teachers, healthcare workers, mommas, or in a ministry role. Today she's joining us to share some tips on how we can take care of ourselves when we've been taking care of everyone else (which is perfect time after the holidays!)
During this interview we covered:
- How we all feel guilt when we spend time, energy or resources on our own self care and how we can get past that guilt.
- How we can rest and prioritize self care without giving up the goals we've set for our business, especially as a new year begins.

In this episode we're going to chat all things planning for the year ahead.
I covered my own process when it comes to planning which includes:
1. Using a yearly calendar to mark down
2. Brainstorm 12 long form content ideas and then start adding them to the calendar.
3. Consider a content repurposing strategy for that long form content, which can go out through your emails and on social media.
- Also think about how you can link that long form content to your email sequences.
I also shared some time saving tips for this festive time of the year when it comes to your social media and content framework!
