Debts are when we owe someone, or they owe us. Karmic Debts are when the debt is tied to a past life.

This episode explores soul links also known as karmic ties. In particular, I will be looking at debts owed. How they might be affecting you now and how you might work to understand and unravel them, if and when possible.

Maybe your debt is paid, maybe it's time to move on - thereby restoring the balance of both of your lives.

There is a spectrum of give and take. The barometer of your feelings can guide you to your truth in any situation.

Sometimes what is necessary is soulful communication, whether that is on a soul level or a physical level - or maybe even both!

Do you feel as if you were meant to DO SOMETHING in this life?

These are much like when you take a trip and can't do everything, you sometimes say, "Next time I get back here, I promise I'll..."

Past life promises can be just like that: promises we make to ourselves for when we return.

Perhaps when you closed out your past life, you made a few promises that are part of your soul experience in this lifetime. And maybe when you consider them now, you have good, bad, or indifferent feelings towards those promises.

Now is the time to consider all of this.

Your Karmic Chakra is closely linked to your Solar Plexus and Heart Chakra. This triad might hold the key to understanding yourself and your life journey on a deeper level.

Your Karmic Chakra holds the records of your soul path throughout your lives; it contains information on your goals, obligations, beliefs, and actions and how they may influence your soul's journey or your next incarnation.

Your Solar Plexus stores the records of your personal power, self-esteem, who you are, and what you came to do.

Your Heart Chakra is about your ability to give and receive love; its frequency resonates with your emotions, and especially with your level of happiness.

As children, we sometimes make promises to ourselves. And then we forget them, but their hold is still playing out in our life.

In the best interest of your own potential, I invite you to look back so that you can move forward.

This is no small task when you begin to take an inventory of your life from the perspective of childhood promises, conscious or unconsciously made.

Perhaps you promised to never make more money than your parents, so that they would remain successful in your eyes. Or maybe you promised to always take care of everything, because you were such a great helper. Or maybe you noticed that the only way to receive attention or love was to be sickly, like someone else in your family.

This episode encourages you to look at your unconscious material in the hopes of noticing any patterns of behavior that hold you back from success, love, or whatever it is you desire. Maybe there is a mental mindset that was put in place - by you - in your childhood. Maybe now is the time to rectify that.

Attention: Seekers!

I am going to guess that as a Seeker in this life, you may have done several past lives in various spiritual or religious orders. With those experiences can come some life-altering vows.

Have you ever heard of the phrase Soul Retrieval?

Soul Retrieval is when you return, either physically or mindfully through meditation or visualization exercises, to a place where you have lived before and left a piece of yourself. You go - and you get more of you back.

In my work, I have lead people through past life regression to achieve various goals. One of which is to collect split-off parts of themselves. In these situations, we do a Soul Retrieval. We go back and gather the bits they've left behind.

These can occur when we disassociate from traumatic experiences. They can also occur when we have powerful parts of ourselves that we've left behind or forgotten about for one reason or another. With either of these, we go back, reconcile, and return ourselves to wholeness so that we can move forward in this life.

I want to tell you of a few of my favorite experiences around this topic.

Way above the crown of your head, I source the information of your past lives and future possibilities, there in the Karmic Chakra.

Not so much a state of consciousness, but more of a repository of soul information, this chakra is paramount to understanding your soul's journey.

The healing gemstones I use with the Karmic Chakra are Carnelian and Larimar.

In meditation, I use Naga Mudra. As a yoga asana, I turn to Kneeling Headstand with Arms Extended.

Body, Mind, or Spirit?

What's your point of contact? Do you use ClairTangency, also known as Touch and therefore, your Body? Do you use your Mind? Do you use your Spirit? (Call it Physical, Mental, or Energetic even.) Or do you use a mix of all three, depending upon the situation?

These are the dynamic trio of you in this life. All three can be used as points of contact when tuning in to pick up information.

So, let's also talk about shopping at yard sales, second-hand, and antique stores. I love shopping in these spaces, but I know with my sharp ClairTangency, I have to energetically clear the item before I use them. You might too.
