A Shared Sensory Experience is the ability to share all of the senses of a being's experience as they are experiencing it or for them to share yours.

In essence, you energetically join as one with them and you get the information that you are after from an "insider's" perspective. You experience their life from their perspective, if only for a moment. This way you are able to understand what the other is experiencing, firsthand, while they are experiencing it. 

In an effort to differentiate the ways that I was ascertaining my psychic information and experiences, in 2000, I coined this phrase "Shared Sensory Experience." At the time, there was no word or phrase for this type of psychic experience.

I call it Shared Sensory Experience, since two receive the sensory information at the same time. One has a direct experience and the other shares the experience through a psychic connection, using their soul as a unitive link. In that moment they are one. 

Because this is a form of empathic connection, where energy is joined, it is imperative that one disconnects, cleanses, centers, and grounds their own energy after the experience.

This is another of the many forms of soul-to-soul connection that are a part of my book Some Dogs Talk, which came out in 2009. 

I have used Shared Sensory Experience with people and animals, and I believe that you can too!

Empathic ClairPensée is the ability to share another's intellectual space to comprehend their thought process, read their mind, or so that you can influence their thoughts or actions.  

This is all about making an empathic connection on a soul level for "clear thinking." This allows for greater understanding, awareness, and connections for yourself and others. And yes, it is mind reading.

What neuroscience is just grabbing hold of mystics and astute psychics have known of this ability for quite some time.

ClairPensée and ClairAudience are forms of mental telepathy.

I believe that mental telepathy is the current wave of conscious evolution, and as such we should be conscious of what we are thinking, where our thoughts originate, and how our unspoken thoughts may be affecting others.

More importantly, we need to consistently work on our own truths, our personal state of being, and our own self-healing journey. Remember, one must do their own soul work in life. Using your soul sense of ClairPensée will help.

This is different from ClairAudience, which is "clear hearing" and as such is information that occurs as words, sounds, thoughts as information or in communication dialogue from one mind to another through the soul's awareness (as ClairAudience).

In comparison, Empathic ClairPensée is "clear thinking." It is when you follow a thread of thought to comprehend the deeper meaning of what may be unspoken in the thoughts or consciousness of the other (or yourself!).

It can also be used as a method to influence behavior or thoughts in others. When using it this way, remember that delicate, appropriate, and soulfully productive positive influences are what you are after.  Be love. Be kind. Live love. 

Understanding the influence here helps you to become more aware of any generational trauma work that may need some attention. This may also bring to your awareness the influence you or others may have on empaths and empathic kids around you or that you may have experienced in your own childhood.

Empathic ClairSentiment is the ability to share another's energy field specifically so that you can experience the other being's emotional state.

Sharing their energy field like this helps you to know what is really going on with them emotionally. This segment helps you understand ways to develop this skill and how you can use it to enhance your connection in various relationships. 

I share illustrative stories of how I have used Empathic ClairSentiment in my work within mediumship sessions and teaching others to connect to God Source Energy.

I also share how the Angels and God have used it with me in my personal connections to them!

This specific soul awareness is great to use when you want to understand what your kids, family members, pets, or work mates are feeling on an emotional level. This allows you to properly consider your next steps in various situations. 

In the end are pointers for you in self-care and how you can become your own Energy Master! All of this so that you can be more fully alive and empowered through your own Soul Senses!

Empathy means to have sympathy or compassion for another. This is because we are able to experience in our imagination through our intellectual thought process what another being is going through.

But as a psychic experience, empathy in an Empathic Connection is literally felt because it is experienced on a soul level and not just an intellectual one.

In other words, you don't just understand what someone is going through; you know because you can feel it or comprehend it personally, as if it is happening to you too.

ClairGustance is the ability to taste a substance without putting anything in your mouth. The essence of the substance is being experienced and perceived through your soul sense abilities.

These flavors and tastes, seemingly out of nowhere, can trigger memories or inform you of some information it is time to consider or ponder.  

The message may be coming as communication connection or as help for a past or future event.

When a taste hits you, it can be fleeting, lasting, or repetitive.

The message can be coming from your soul to yourself; someone in spirit realm may be trying to reach out to you; or you may be picking up taste information as a message for another living person near or far.

These are a few of the reasons or ways this experience can happen to you. It's important to unravel the message so that you can benefit from this soul sense ability.

The experience of ClairGustance often happens in dreamtime or meditation- as well as in your day-to-day life; being aware is key.
