Ryan has been in construction for most of his life, with being a foreman as his first job. He pivoted to the technology side about seven years ago when he joined Bentley Systems as an SME and consultant.

Bentley Systems is a Nasdaq-listed infrastructure engineering software company with a respectable worldwide presence. Currently, Ryan is responsible for the strategic product management part of Bentley's SYNCHRO Construction platform.
