    Dustin is the VP of IT at McCownGordon and has been with them ever since they hit the $50 million mark, and has been a part of their progress to reaching $850 million worth of work in 2022 alone.

    What’s unique about Dustin’s role is that the company grew completely digitally, without the burden of the “Paper to Digital” transition that so many companies in the industry face.

    It was the innovative culture that drew Dustin in, and today, he's going to share his backstory with us, how the journey has unfolded as well as what technologies excite him the most in the coming years.
