April 19, 2021 70 - How to manage your business after a break (or when nothing goes to plan)
As you know I am officially back after the major operation I recently had. What I did notice since coming back is how NOTHING went to plan. I lost clients, needed more rest and had a longer recovery period than expected. If you are planning a break, I want you to feel like you can get through it too!
Some of the things I learnt is to have: less expectation, more self compassion and of course boundaries. Here is some inspiration to help you remember, no matter what, you will get through it!

March 01, 2021 68: BRB (for real this time)
It is a short goodbye for now. In case you missed it. I have been diagnosed with two carcinoid tumours, which will require a major operation. Surgery date is sometime in Feb. So for now, you will find me on Instagram - but I have put a pause on other content!
Thank you to everyone for all your love and support! I will be fine, once I am out of hospital I will be BACK BIGGER than ever! FOR REAL THIS TIME (last time there was a delay)

I know I am back.. This time to talk all about how I am managing my business during this challenging time in my life.
Of course, when I first was told about my surgery and created this content, my surgery date was meant to be a lot earlier than it had currently been booked in for (now we are looking at March 2). So I couldn’t not create content between now and then - so I am back!!
