  • The C. O. W. S. Compensatory Call-In 05/14/22 #WhiteTerrorismInBuffalo
The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly Compensatory Call-In. We encourage non-white listeners to dial in with their codified concepts, new terms, observations, research findings, workplace problems or triumphs, and/or suggestions on how best to Replace White Supremacy With Justice ASAP. We’ll use these sessions to hone our use of words as tools to reveal truth, neutralize White people. We’ll examine news reports from the past seven days and – hopefully – promote a constructive dialog. #ANTIBLACKNESS Days after the Mother's Day festivities, gangs of White Women are storming the streets to protest proposed opposition to the Roe v. Wade decision to (White) reproductive rights. Organizations across the country continue to report the massive rise in gun violence - including suicide - over the 2+ years of the pandemic. Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot was the Victim of a "hate crime," where the perpetrator was allegedly enraged about the mayor's tepid response to gun violence. On the very day of this program, a White gunman was taken into custody after allegedly killing ten people at a Buffalo, New York supermarket. New York Governor Kathy Hochul branded 18-year-old Payton Gendron a White Supremacist and his act of carnage "terrorism." He reportedly had body armor and my have been living streaming the carnage. #PaytonGendron #TheCOWS13 INVEST in The COWS – http://paypal.me/TheCOWS Cash App: https://cash.app/$TheCOWS CALL IN NUMBER: 720.716.7300 CODE: 564943#

  • The C. O. W. S. Neutralizing Workplace Racism 05/13/22
The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly summit on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. We hoped to have Rice University Professor Danielle D. King with us earlier this week to share tips and insights on for black employees. Alas, like so many job-seekers with "black sounding names," we never heard back from Professor King. Incidentally, we'll discuss her idea of "Perceived Organizational Support." Gus concludes that non-white people will generally have little to no assistance or support your co-workers. If you find yourself in the inviable position where your employer and colleagues appreciate your feedback and earnestly work to remedy your workplace problems, you're in a cozy but rare position for black people. Enjoy it as long as possible. Professor King and others also promote the idea of talking about "microaggressions" with other co-workers. For years, Gus has discouraged this type of reckless chitchat and advised non-white people to always speak as though everything you say in a work environment is being documented. #AnswerNaturesCall #TheCOWS13 INVEST in The COWS – http://paypal.me/TheCOWS Cash App: https://cash.app/$TheCOWS CALL IN NUMBER: 720.716.7300 CODE: 564943#

  • The C. O. W. S. Essie Mae Washington-Williams’ Dear Senator Part 9 #PresidentBidenGaveStromsEulogy
The Context of White Supremacy hosts the 9th study session on Essie Mae Washington-Williams' Dear Senator: A Memoir by the Daughter of J. Strom Thurmond. This is our concluding session on this book, and it absolutely qualifies as the saddest book Gus has read. Essie Mae's confusion and father hunger for a child raping White Supremacist is... a sorrow-filled existence. Additionally, the lynchings and gender-specific targeting of black males are such traumatic, constant events in Essie Mae's life, readers can mark time by tracking black male corpses. Last week, Essie Mae described moving out to the "racial paradise" of California. By the time she arrives west, her husband Julius is dead at at the age of 46. He had asthma and self-medicated with alcohol to compensate for the constant White Terrorism he experienced - including being bludgeoned by enforcement officers. Essie Mae returned to southern California a widow and settled in View Park, known as the "black Beverly Hills." Ms. Essie Mae neglected to inform readers that View Park began as a subdivision that excluded anyone not White. A small number of dark people were allowed to purchase housing in the area in the 1960's. Whites quickly exited. By the early 20th century, Whites began returning to "gentrify" the "black Beverly Hills." After Julius's death, Essie Mae decides to tell her children about their real grandpa. They alternate between being bored about their White ancestry and logically describing him as a raping White Supremacist who terrorized their grandmother, Carrie Butler. They got meet him in person, and conclude that he's "not too bad." Julius was denied the chance to share his view of Strom Thurmond with his own children. Many listens and our narrator have remarked about Essie Mae "delusional" talking points on her father and Racism in general. Having a deadbeat Racist dad is enough to make anyone "delusional." #PresidentBidenGaveTheEulogy #TheCOWS13 INVEST in The COWS – http://paypal.me/TheCOWS Cash App: https://cash.app/$TheCOWS CALL IN NUMBER: 720.716.7300 CODE: 564943#

  • The C. O. W. S. w/ Rice University's Danielle D. King Reneged on Discussing Microaggressions/Workplace Racism # Resilient
Rice University professor Danielle King reneged on speaking with The Context of White Supremacy (C.O.W.S.) Radio Program. She emailed Gus to say she was late leaving work, which is totally understandable. She dialed in on the switchboard, listened briefly and hung up. She never emailed or attempted to contact Gus again. We dialed her during the program, and our call was forwarded to voicemail. Gus and listeners were excited to discuss "microaggressions"/White Supremacy with Professor King, but she emphatically reneged on her agreement. Listeners are encouraged to email Professor King to see why she departed without saying a word. Email: [email protected] Professor King has way better credentials than Gus, with a B.A. from Spelman College and a doctorate in Organized Psychology from Michigan State, she's an Associate Professor of Psychology at Rice University in Texas. Professor King's conduct - and even her research that suggests non-white people will create White "allyship" are precisely why The C.O.W.S. maintains a White Guest Only Policy. Gus was interested in discussing the new report: "When Thriving Requires Effortful Surviving: Delineating Manifestations and Resource Expenditure Outcomes of Microaggressions for Black Employees." Listeners can read the report at: http://tiny.cc/danielleking Even without Professor King, Gus reviewed the report and its observations about the antiblack work experience. #WhitePeopleCantBeIgnorantAboutRacism #TheCOWS13 INVEST in The COWS – http://paypal.me/TheCOWS Cash App: https://cash.app/$TheCOWS CALL IN NUMBER: 720.716.7300 CODE: 564943#

  • The C. O. W. S. w/ Dr. Dennis B. Downey: The Lynching of Zachariah Walker #DowneyLies
The Context of White Supremacy (C.O.W.S.) Radio Program welcomes Dr. Dennis B. Downey. An emeritus professor of history at Millersville University in Pennsylvania, Dr. Downey's been the Director of the University Honors College and has penned a number of books. He studies late 19th and early 20th century US history. We'll discuss his 1991 publication, No Crooked Death: Coatesville, Pennsylvania and the Lynching of Zachariah Walker. Gus was ignorant about this Racist murder until we read Essie Mae Washington-Williams' memoir. She begins her narrative with Walker's lynching and makes it plain that even though his death was more than a decade before she was born, it had a profound impact on her existence. We'll discuss the details of Walker's death and the months of trials that resulted in not one person being convicted. We'll also ask about Dr. Downey's work with Essie Mae's family to publish more material on their experience as J. Strom Thurmond's hidden relatives as well as his research on White Supremacy and disability - which we've discussed previously with Dr. Tommy J. Curry. Non-white listeners should pay special attention to Dr. Downey's extensive use of jargon and meaningless rhetoric. E.g., Him quoting The Doobie Brother's "Takin' It To The Streets." Importantly, Dr. Downey flagrantly lied about the content of his book. Gus questioned him about his failure to include that black residents of Coatesville took up arms to halt the lynching of a black male in 1938. Essie Mae Washington-Williams details this event in her memoir, and her step-father John Henry Washington was one of the black males who was willing to resort to counter-violence. Dr. Downey does not include one sentence about this or any other black people's counter-violence efforts. Dr. Downey also lied about his failure to cite references when discussing a suspected black spy at the one year vigil of Zachariah Walker's lynching. #WhitePeopleCantBeIgnorantAboutRacism #TheCOWS13 INVEST in The COWS – http://paypal.me/TheCOWS Cash App: https://cash.app/$TheCOWS CALL IN NUMBER: 720.716.7300 CODE: 564943#

We’ll use these sessions to hone our use of words as tools to reveal truth, neutralize White people. We’ll examine news reports from the past seven days and – hopefully – promote a constructive dialog. #ANTIBLACKNESS News reports leaked that the Supreme Court will overturn the 1973 Roe v. Wade verdict and restrict abortion access in many parts of the US. Previous C.O.W.S.'s guests Jane Elliott, Admitted White Supremacist, and 3rd generation physician Dr. Frances Cress Welsing both theorized that the declining number of individuals classified as White would and plummeting fertility rates would lead to restricted access to abortions. In Michigan, a judge will decide whether defendants in the Flint, Michigan Lead Poisoning Case received due process in the criminal proceedings. In Oklahoma, a lawsuit seeking compensation for the 1921 White Terrorist attack in Tusla will proceed. Three remaining victims of the massacre are the lead plaintiffs. We also discussed the California droughts impact on black farmers as well as a plethora of attacks against black students. #MentholAndMelanin #TheCOWS13 INVEST in The COWS – http://paypal.me/TheCOWS Cash App: https://cash.app/$TheCOWS CALL IN NUMBER: 720.716.7300 CODE: 564943#

  • The C. O. W. S. Neutralizing Workplace Racism 05/06/22
The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly summit on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. Last week, a female listener shared detailed suggestions about wardrobe and hairstyle for non-white females in the workplace. She recommends blazers, sweaters and dark and neutral colors while avoiding tight fitting tops and bright colors. She also suggests that black females select one professional, easy-to-maintain hairstyle and never change it. This way your co-workers only see your clean, business attire and this helps keep your clothes and/or what's on your scalp from being the subject of unwanted attention.

  • The C. O. W. S. Essie Mae Washington-Williams' Dear Senator Part 8 #DirtyOldWhiteMan
The Context of White Supremacy hosts the 8th study session on Essie Mae Washington-Williams' Dear Senator: A Memoir by the Daughter of J. Strom Thurmond. We're nearly done with the book, and Gus must admit, this is likely the saddest books he's ever read. Essie Mae's confusion and father hunger for a child raping White Supremacist is... a sorrow-filled existence. Additionally, the lynchings and gender-specific targeting of black males are such traumatic, constant events in Essie Mae's life, readers can mark time by tracking black male corpses. Last week, Essie Mae detailed the ongoing challenges her husband Julius faced. He was unable to find employment or paying clients as a licensed attorney, when he was employed, he was not promoted, and his wife concealed large cash payments from her White Supremacist "father." He started drinking. Essie Mae's "second mother" Mary died at a young age leaving her with no family other than "Ol' Strom." She, her husband and children moved back and forth across the country to find work and better quality life in the 1960's. Essie Mae said the Racism in California is "less obvious." Although her husband found job-hunting disappointing and promotions unobtainable here too. She also mentioned the Savannah River Site, a bomb making plant in South Carolina. She neglected to mention this is one of the most toxic regions in the world. And... Whites ejected a large number of black residents to build this facility, refused to promote black employees, and subjected black workers to contaminated areas without proper safety equipment. Thurmond helped secure the land for this nuclear facility. #DeadBeatWhiteDads #TheCOWS13 INVEST in The COWS – http://paypal.me/TheCOWS Cash App: https://cash.app/$TheCOWS CALL IN NUMBER: 720.716.7300 CODE: 564943#
