Episode 9 jumps back into Brian's "Top Athletes of CrossFit" series. In this episode, we jump into the top-30 men from the "Carson" era with special guest John Young.

John and Brian go back and forth on their picks for the top athlete during that time! Who should be the top athlete? Is it Rich Froning or Is it Mat Fraser?  

In this series, we break down these athletes based on three eras of competition. The "Ranch" era from 2007-2009, the "Carson" era (2010-2016) and the "Madison" era (2017-current).
