In today's episode Garrett is fired up about how the longer we choose to avoid shit in our life, the more rotten it becomes. The longer we delay, the worse off it gets until we can't take it anymore, when choosing to approach things we don't want to do are the only solution, as problems don't fix themselves.

We all have temper tantrums throughout life, which Garrett has defined as whantrums if they're coming from a woman and mantrums if they're coming from a man. The point of today's episode is to learn to be OK with the realization that we all have tantrums instead of trying to suppress them, pretend they don't happen, or let them consume us. When we realize that they're simply part of life, then we're also able to ask ourselves if throwing the tantrum will get us what we want.

Garrett has a morning routine in which he eats the same breakfast from the same location every single morning, and today's episode was no exception. He had an opportunity to provide a meal for a starving woman because he was able to shift his mindset due to a tool known in Warrior as The Stack, which teaches him to look at life from a different perspective in order to create better outcomes.

The shenanigans with float tanks continues as Garrett used a different room to float in, banging into the walls with his head and feet the entire session. That hadn't happened in his previous sessions that were in the same room, discovering that not all of the pods are the same size. He admitted that he was the problem, literally, having a body that was too big for a pod that was too small to hold him, then learned from the gals that work there about further options. Sometimes the issues that we face are because we don't allow ourselves the chance to grow in a space that's the right size for us, choosing to remain small instead.

In today's episode Garrett is on yet another day of using the float tank and encountered a woman throwing a whiny temper tantrum about her experience, which he calls a whantrum: an adult woman throwing a whiny fit. This triggered within him the times that he's had his own mantrums, making him realize that we become so used to having things done for us that we expect more than what we pay for only to throw a huge fit when reality slaps us in the face.
