As newly minted members of the Sapphire Sabre, the fellas take a week’s downtime to prepare for their next quest and find the guild’s facilities more than adequate when it comes to improving their abilities. Azlo hones his edge. Shabba chats up a short bearded woman. Tokas achieves a lifelong dream.

Without a place to call home, our heroes wander the city, beseeching their every friend for a place to lay their heads. But the stresses of so near a threat prove too much to bear, and tensions between the adventurers soon come to a head. Azlo considers real estate investment. Tokas solicits an important sponsorship. Returning to Nennept for some much-needed rest and relaxation, our heroes face the consequences of their deviation from the quest at Lobik Mine, but also find new opportunities awaiting them. Tokas lives the dream. Azlo lives the nightmare. Shabba hits bottom.
