In today's episode I touch on a few examples of how to change the goal post to suit the season you are in and speak about a few of my members. Very similar to regressing a movement in your weight training program; often this is needed for progressing more when thinking long-term. I go over my own year long goal and what things I need to plan for, think about and consider; things to get you thinking about your own goals too.
In this episode I want to challenge you on some of the questions you ask and hear others ask. Usually information available online is very generalized and it leads to confusion.
