I thought I was squeezing in a quick intuitive check...but then my body delivered a loud “no.” While traveling and recording from the car, I share a story that starts with a missed session on my calendar and ends with a serious reminder about energetic boundaries, self-love, and why proper protection practices matter when you do energy healing or intuitive work.

A mentorship client asked me to look into a healer she saw right before her symptoms began. I moved too fast, skipped parts of my normal setup, and checked for dark forces anyway. Not long after, I felt an intense wave of anxiety-like sensations, throat tightness, nausea, and the kind of dizziness that makes you question what is happening in real time. I break down how I connected the dots, what I noticed after looking at the healer’s Instagram, and why I call this kind of hit a “booby trap” style attack. If you are a practitioner, this is a conversation about psychic self-defense and energetic hygiene. If you are receiving healing, it is about discernment and choosing support that is actually clean.

From there, I share the upgrade I got on a safer way to assess energy, plus why people misread what they are seeing when their third eye lacks a reference point. Intuition can be powerful and still distort reality if it is not calibrated.
