In the newest episode of the Vince Del Monte podcast, we're sharing a recent conversation we had with Gavin Meehan on the Modern Warrior Podcast. 

Although Gavin originally titled the episode "the dark side of masculinity" I was just trying to be as real and authentic as possible. Sadly, from a very young age boys are taught that external recognition is the only way to measure success. It is this oblivious, relentless and unaware drive to the top that causes the most damage. By having conversations like these, we can bring the shadow side into the light.
