A catalyst to change was chronic health issues and visa issues stopping her return back to Australia due to visa issues. Forced by the universe, Bryre had to start a new life; she went to Bali to deepen her knowledge of traditional Yoga and Ayurveda as self-healing and self-empowerment spiritual practices, to help bring herself into balance.
Fast forward a few years, Bryre is now guiding women to self-heal and live in alignment & teaches the power of spiritual practice to discover our unlimited potential. She teaches that Ayurveda is a preventive & proactive medicine, as well as a method to healing the root cause of any physical, emotional, mental, spiritual blockages that we create when we are not living in harmony with our dharma (purpose).
Bryre Roots has been growing her community online, with monthly workshops, weekly women's circle, she runs a 1:1 8-week Program called the Self-Love Journey, as well as a 6-week group training called The ART of Self-love, which is an empowerment training, to inspire women to take their power back when it comes to their health, through doing this deep healing and self-inquiry work, encourages them to feel connected, balanced, which moves them closer to uncovering their purpose.
