In this week's episode, I connect with a beloved teacher and friend Emma, who shares with us her powerful journey of how to embrace the unknown and let go.
Many of us struggle to let go, we hold on to our emotions, our pain, which manifests over time as physical disease, as Emma experienced through letting go, has allowed her to heal herself, as well as break free from cycles of unconscious programming, so she could create a new life fueled by love, trust, freedom and expansion.
Emma co-owns the practice Bali with her husband Octavio, she is a passionate yogini, devoted mother, wife, and is now living her fullest expression, facilitating women's circles, retreats, jewellery making, as well as running her new online course She let go.
Through Emma's many life experiences, overcoming her health challenges, losing her parents young, whilst being a solo parent. Emma shows her deep determination to let go of any of the non-constructive patterns holding her back from living a truly auspicious life.
A beautiful open-hearted conversation about her life, and her courageous journey into purposeful living, a reminder to us all we can have everything we want in life, we just need to let go of the how and the when and have huge trust in the universe's plan.
Emma is truly a role model for me and others, leading with love, humility and grace!
This week's episode we decided to dedicate to The Bali street mums, a charity close to Emma’s heart. If you enjoyed listening to this episode and feel called to donate, the link will be at the bottom. All donations are greatly appreciated.
