Clement Manyathela hosts Prof David Monyae, who is the Director of the Centre for Africa - China Studies at the University of Johannesburg  and Professor Abel Esterhuyse, who is the Defense expert & Associate professor of strategy in the Faculty of Military Science at the University of Stellenbosch University to better understand the possible implications of South Africa’s joint naval exercise with some BRICS countries and other countries.
