Chris is back and tells us about some of his recent adventures in the Big Apple. Ray amuses with some golf talk and Colin announces the long overdue arrival of some show schwag. Chris talks about building a rainbow for the pride parade and the hazards of 6 foot 2 drag queens in heels. Colin has a weird DIY idea for water storage and some hints for quickly staining wood. We get into some earthquake talk and end with a call from a fan who wants Ray to come over to her house.

Ray finally goes to the eye doctor and gets told he is greasy and his eyes don’t work so good. We then lumber into a bunch of painful old man complaining. We discuss proposals for building a concentration camp for rich hippies and then tackle a slew of pretty interesting listener questions, including a giant stash of acorns in an attic, a bug invasion, grout gaps, and finally solar vents.

Time to enjoy another glitch filled mess with Ray’s old pals Randy and Nolan. Ray opens with his midlife crisis at birth story while his buddies do bong hits and Laundry in the background. Randy happens to be a certified light bulb technician and the maid says “No Raymundo!” We also talk about another tile job and some more squeaky stairs.

Ray showed up late and Colin is too tired to write a proper description. Funny chaotic show with discussions about flying planes, installing doors, and intense massage devices.

We begin this weeks circus with a tragic and ridiculous tale of a pile of lost emails, which are now found. Ray is contrite but now we have a hearty pile of fun stuff to explore. Ray gets savaged by a disgruntled listener from one of the lost messages and scolds us for his perception that Ray don’t know jack about shower tiling. Ray debates the point vociferously so things obviously get quite loud. Then Colin talks about meeting Rodney King and then about using Fresnel lenses to heat a pool.

The Blitzkrieg begins once again with tales of the long march to finish Colin’s pool coping. Ray laments not being able to find new minions and Colin offers up an explanation for this later in the show. We explore the dangers of rebirthing and conspicuous consumption. We get into a bit of class warfare and then take a call from Mark, who likes our word salad. We have a lovely little argument about mixing mortar and finish it up with a lesson on the value of Hardiebacker.

The scintillating Hillary joins us for number 69 and we talk all manner of drinking and doing stuff. As we are still recovering from seeing the Stranglers the conversation veers off track a bit more than usual. Ray talks about telling his mom he knows what ‘fuck’ means, (when a man puts his penis in a lady’s penis). A listener wants to talk about Shriners deli and we revisit another listener question about the stairs to his backyard garden.

Ray and Colin hold do their thing once again and get into a myriad of matters, including Il Duche the baseball star, being brittle and old and fear of working in the deep end. Colin fears the 2 headed hydra and Ian from Alberta  gets weird again. Ray talks sheepadoodles and we help out a return listener with is exterior siding issues.

Ray laments being called a cheap German wine, but claps back with a rejoinder about the Champagne of beers. Colin revels is the idyllic majesty of his jackhammer nap and quotes the Wild Ones. Mario calls in for a bit of sport and Marshall needs to settle a score with his mom about garbage disposals. We clear some drains bullnose some tiles. Ray goes off the rails some and curtain comes down hard on another triumphant car wreck of a show.

We open with a recent clip of Adam Carolla talking about Ray hitting a pal in the whatsis at a bachelor party and it all goes downhill from there as we all have too many ridiculous strip club yarns. Chris talks about how Ray wasn’t ‘stober’ and Ray goes into the big unit zone. We actually get to a couple listener questions, including one about what to do after a career in the trades, and whether to replace a faucet. We end with some OCD ranting from the big man.
