His personal life success revolves around his role as a deeply devoted family man. His 30+year marriage to his high school sweetheart, the love of his life, Shelley, and the five amazing daughters they have successfully raised are his muses and the center of his time away from his career.

Throughout his long consulting career Tom has focused on helping his clients design and manifest the business and life of THEIR dreams based on their definition of success.
