In this episode we sit down with YouTube and TV stars Zac and Jay.
Learn how in the space of a year they have gone from 40k YouTube subscribers to 613k. We discuss where they met, how Zac convinced Jay to exit the start up world, how they nearly went broke and what was the turning point for them.
There's lots of take outs and learnings from these guys who in their own right are most definitely creative geniuses.
Hope you enjoy!

Hey everyone, in this episode we have a good old chinwag with our Doctor friend who is working for the NHS. We discuss all things Corona virus and understand from his perspective, how this virus will progress.
This podcast is not too triggering and is a more lighthearted discussion with a Doctor that you may have heard elsewhere.
All points shared by Jon belong to him and not to the NHS.
Hope you enjoy!

Hey everyone, here's our first episode of The Dog Days recorded remotely. The audio is far from perfect but we will be doing all we can to improve our audio over the next couple of weeks as we look to bang out more episodes for you.
In this episode, we got our good friend Andy Ramage on to inject positivity and to give us some tips for being productive and fit during self isolation.
We hope you enjoy!

Hey all. It's been a while since we uploaded so sorry about that. Obviously everyone is talking about Corona Virus and rightly so. We tried to unpack the topic in the way we know best. We hope this is helpful to you all in these tough times. We're truly all going through The Dog Days at the moment and we will continue to try and provide useful and uplifting content.
In this episode we discuss Corona Virus, what our Mothers mean to us and there's also a lighthearted quiz where Josh Connolly takes it a bit too seriously.
Hope you enjoy!

Andddd we're back. We've had a few weeks off as we've had some internal news. Our beloved Junior has decided to focus on building Fitbook Pro and has taken a step back from The Dog Days. We wish him all the best for the future. In this episode we sit down with our friend Nicole Holliday who you may recognise from Copa 90 or from The FA's social media channels.
We talk about Cancel Culture in the context of Caroline Flack's death, we speak about Tyson Fury's redemption and it wouldn't be a chat with Nicole unless dating was involved.
We hope you enjoy.

So.. it’s the end of month one. Diet and nutrition month.
What did we want to learn?
We wanted to learn if there was a perfect diet
A perfect habit trail.
A perfect one size fits all regime that we could ping out to our listeners and save them all a load of research.
What did we actually learn?
It’s all about you. Your story. Your energy levels and your own journey of nutrition.
You can find your perfect lifetime diet if you care enough.
You will be able to apply a habitual 80/20 routine if you’re curious enough about creating the right habits.
And... If you don’t really care. Try and make your plate as colourful as you possibly can every day.
You know... like that painting you did when you were 8.

You’re going along with your life. Nothing can stop you. Full of energy and ready to take on the world then BOOM. You’re bed bound for 3 years.
We speak to Miss Nutritionist (Rosie Millen) about how she managed to eat, think and delete her way back to health.
RrrrrrrUFF
