Being overheated is normal for some body types and a whole lot of it comes from how they see things, or rather how they wish things could be faster or different. (But always faster!)
This is a relaxation just to throw some ice on that...

We begin this series with something new. Recommendations can be a nice way to give something without over giving.
Vasant Lad is a Doctor of Ayurveda. I highly recommend all his books if you are looking for one author. But I have more next week for you! His book comes with my highest recommendation even if you are not yet sustaining a long term meditation practice this book is a great support in this modern world.
Strands of Eternity is my most used contemplation and concentration practice.

No drama today means we can shine in our truth of who we really are...or feel the separation and tentacles of drama pulling us in to our play.
I use a short excerpt from Vasant Lad, Strands of Eternity to lead you to a master of health and wellness in all his truth. His life purpose is to lead many to find health through the Science of Ayurveda.
I recommend everyone purchase his book. It brings you to understand the depths that meditation can lead us.

An essential practice for all of us. The daily grind is called the daily grind because life can feel as if we are on a rotating mill. But also, sometimes it might feel like we are the wheat (Yah! Go Me!) or the chaff (Oh no, I will never be good enough.)
Social media can really try to push us into the personality minds hyper activations of highs and lows. This practice is to find your support.
It's right underneath you. x

Meditation.
At the start it can feel a little bit...hmm, odd? Or not very natural?
Out of body experience?
Now think of a wee baby. And how in tuned they are with their body.
Honed to perfection. They are in the zone of what is going on.

If you think about it, life itself is patient … for its very own timing - we have little to do
But wait and let it all happen
We can naturally attend to business, and remain solid in our quest for patience.
But ...yes of course there is but...
