Gregg Levoy has written two books: Callings, Finding and Following an Authentic Life and Vital Signs: Discovering and Sustaining Your Passion for Life. He is a lecturer and seminar-leader in the business, educational, governmental, faith-based and human-potential arenas, and has keynoted and presented workshops at venues ranging from the EPA, Microsoft and British Petroleum to universities, churches and Esalen.  Gregg has a workshop coming up the first weekend in January at our own 1440 Multiversity.

Chris Price is a teacher and ongoing student of Gestalt Awareness Practice (GAP). This approach to expanding awareness is derived from the work of Fritz Perls, influenced by Buddhist practice and developed in partnership with the late Richard Price, co-founder of Esalen Institute.

At age 17, she participated in a gestalt workshop at Esalen which began her life-long engagement with the study, practice, and teaching of this approach. Forty nine years later, she is still interested and learning from this practice, and grateful for having a life that allows her to explore the human journey with all the ups, downs and possibilities.

Chris established Tribal Ground LLC to support Gestalt Awareness Practice. She is a participant in Tribal Ground Circle, a community joint venture near Santa Cruz, CA.  She teaches GAP workshops and related programs in the US, Japan, and Europe. She also offers classes focused on preparation for dying with the firm belief that facing death in the present can both enrich our lives now and prevent suffering later.

David Jay Brown is the author of Dreaming Wide Awake: Lucid Dreaming, Shamanic Healing and Psychedelics, and The New Science of Psychedelics: At the Nexus of Culture, Consciousness, and Spirituality. Mary Kay Kasper is a Pagan Spiritual Counselor, dream practitioner, rites of passage guide, ceremonial leader. Bambi’s passion for dreams began in her teens when she first started writing them down, leading to a lifelong quest to study dreamwork. She has completed two Dream Tending certification programs with Stephen Aizenstat and spent nine years as a review editor for, and contributor to, the Dream Network Journal. Bambi is currently writing a book about her process of dreamwork called DreamTracking, where people learn to track various aspects of their dreams over time. Dr. Norman Brown is a licensed marriage and family therapist who literally wrote the book on relationships: a massive text book called, Love and Intimate Relationships, Journeys of the Heart. He has engaged with men’s growth groups since 1972 and practiced dream-guided adult and couple therapy since 1974. Norman was married to a Jungian therapist for 32 years and took care of her until her death from cancer in 2016. When he returned to California, he co-founded the Love and Power Institute with his partner Marsh Hudson in order to restore human sustainability in our biosphere in the face of our growing global crisis.
