Today I have with me Genaaleen Sanchez, a Results Mindset and Well-being Coach, and an agent of change both in business and in life. Genaaleen found herself a single mom in her mid-20s, but she turned that uncertainty into a mission of discovery and self empowerment. She has made it her mission to empower people to lead from their hearts reconnect to their humanity, love their lives and live their dream.
As a coach, Genaaleen helps impact driven individuals and leaders to elevate their mindset and restore their connection to who they truly are for themselves.
I ask all my guests the same 3 questions.
What can your expertise do to accelerate health, be it emotional, spiritual or physical?
"As a transformational coach, I work with people to connect them with their ultimate potential and achieve any result that they want in their lives. One of the first steps of that process is really to connect them to themselves, because that's where it all starts. If you know who you are, you know what you want. You know what you need, then that's the beginnings of a person who is able to establish relationships and connections to others."
What are your top 3 tips for creating wealth?
What can you offer the listeners to reduce stress around weight problems?
"What triggered me to change my thinking around the weight is really the dissolution of the self judgment and the loving and accepting my body fully as it is. I'm just more mindful of the food that I put in my body and consciously choose what I eat. So that means I still eat chocolate, and I still eat cake from time to time. Because that was another important thing about it, is not to feel limited, because I've been on all diets before."
Genaaleen is offering a free vision and values discovery session for allowing you to get clear on what your vision is in life and what your values are, and perhaps getting a link between the two.

I’ve had a unique life. Though I’ve written tens of thousands of pages of stories (whether for myself or others), I’m not sure how I conjured the story I’ve actually lived. I’m an attorney, marketing executive, brand coach, chef, mom, environmental advocate, Zumba aficionado and Latina. All of those pieces of me and the experiences I’ve lived as a result make me who I am - an evolving creative creature on this glorious planet.
That picture of me embodies my essence. A dear friend snapped that photo during the product shoot for Gigi’s Organics, my organic Latin seasonings brand. I was euphoric, having achieved a creative milestone I’d dreamed about ten years prior. I couldn’t have launched Gigi’s Organics without having the skills gained from the successes and “failures” (opportunities for growth) along the way.
I love stories and they’re everywhere - in recipes, books, screenplays, legal briefs, social media posts, videos. Stories tell the world who we are, how we think, what we value. Throw in a flawed hero(ine), a compelling journey and a redemption arc, and I’m hooked. Because I feel human when immersed in that experience. Stories make me feel a part of something bigger than myself.
That’s why brand storytelling is the secret sauce for business growth. People resonate with stories that make them feel like they’re members of a community. They support businesses that support them.
I’ve had a diverse background across industries as varied as technology, healthcare, cybersecurity, media and entertainment, food, fashion and law, leading marketing teams at startups and Fortune 100 companies. I’ve launched businesses in media, food and biotech and even had three screenplays optioned by major Hollywood studios. I now use that knowledge to empower entrepreneurs to build and scale their brands by giving them the confidence and skills to create messaging that positions them to manifest their vision. That’s the impact I give people - helping them achieve their dreams.
Did you know that there are so many different types of headaches? Do you know what each one means or what type of headaches you've been experiencing? Novera: Headache Center
She is a retired Pharma contractor, so she knows the system. She describes the fraudulent legal framework surrounding the COVID jabs and how the Department of Defense manages the crimes.
Latypova and Katherine Watts (Bailiwick News, HERE) write about how the psychopaths must be taken down using the courts. I scan their posts and try to understand as much as I can.
I copied this interview at 2x speed to show you what it is like. Try listening using headphones for a few minutes before you give up. If you would rather listen at slower speeds, HERE is the original link on Children’s Health Defense.
Kennedy’s voice has recovered. You have probably heard by now he is running for the Democratic presidential nomination. His party hates him because he has maintained his integrity and not fallen in with the mobsters. But if he can somehow win the nomination, he will be our next president.
Note: this interview is so important that I copied it using my podcast microphone.
This will be out soon at RobertYoho.substack.com.

In this week, I interview the amazing Kim Nicol who is known in San Francisco for bringing meditation and mindfulness to fast-growing tech start-ups, hacker houses, attorneys, and Fortune 500 executives. A former lawyer, Kim’s practical approach and calming presence have made her a favorite among analytical thinkers. I first met Kim almost five years when she invited a group of us to a meditation session. Kim was probably one of the first people to introduce meditation and mindfulness to me. I remember after the session feeling so powerful, expansive, and clear-headed. Kim explained to the group the science and benefits of mindfulness training, and then left the group with a profound question: “if you all feel this amazing right now and you understand all the benefits from mindfulness training, then why aren’t you doing it everyday?”I heard her say this and I myself couldn’t answer the question. My answer or excuse was, “I don’t have time,” or “I don’t want to make the time.” And the truth of the matter, was sitting in silence and being “mindful” was difficult for me. I remember hearing Russel Simmons, the CEO of Def Jam records at one time, say that if you can’t sit and practice mindfulness training for 20 minutes, then you should be doing it for two hours.

What’s the best way to overcome our addiction to sugar? How does this help us have more energy?
In this week’s episode of Energetically You we focused on ways to overcome an addiction to sugar so that you have more energy. Sugar is one of the hardest things to limit in our diet, and for this reason it is important to have healthy alternatives and not cut out carbs all together. Lean into fruit, dried fruit and maple syrup used sparingly to help you minimize processed foods and treats.
The top questions we will be asking ourselves throughout the episode include:
Why are we so addicted to sugar?
What is sugar doing to our bodies?
How is sugar connected to mood swings and our emotions?
Why is sugar so emotional?
Thank you for listening!
Are you looking for extra support in overcoming your sugar addiction to have more energy?
