  • Ep 30: Developing Ego Strength

In this episode, I take you through how our ego forms and I unpack the concept of ego strength.

Ego strength is a healthy ability to exercise your personal power and be resilient in how you respond to challenges in your life and relationships.

When our ego formation is weak or stunted, this shows up in negative, and certainly NOT self honoring coping strategies.

  • Ep 28: An Episode on Self Trust

In today's episode, I discuss the self trust because, don't get it twisted, trusting myself is something that has been infinitely hard for me over the years and something I’ve wrestled with for a long time.

For me, trusting myself has come from consciously questioning, reasoning, and understanding what is being asked of me?

What is it that I am thinking?

What are my judgments about this situation?

What is my opinion and where does that come from (fear or authentic self)?

What is it that I want, and why?

Where and how am I feeling rigid in my ability to make decisions for myself?
