Hi guys! Welcome back to another week’s episode.
Motivation is the desire to do things... NOT the desire to put in the work to do things. Do you notice the difference?
In all my years of running & dedication to being elite in the physical fitness realm, I have learned that the first step to forming a nonnegotiable habit is motivation. WHAAAA? "Motivation sucks!" *shouts the fitness guru on social media.
No... motivation is a wonderful thing. The only reason motivation gets a bad wrap is because we are simply defining it wrong. Motivation is a wonderful thing & it is the first step. It helps us do 2 things- 1) Understand where we currently are & 2) Where we want to go.
Motivation involves 1) self-awareness, 2) Understanding your WHY, 3) Changing your Identity & 4) Realizing you are the secret sauce.
Tune into this week as we discuss how you can use motivation to your advantage when forming a new habit :)

Hi guys! Welcome back to another week’s episode.
Humans are extremely adaptable. However, there are 2 sides to this coin. Ask yourself - based off of the circumstances you find yourself in your life, are you adapting positively or negatively?
Are you stuck in trauma, anxiety or stress? Or, are you growing, learning, and becoming something better through all that you're going through? There are 2 sides to this coin and in this episode we discuss how we can stay on the positive adaptation side of the coin.
This whole idea came to me while i was running one of my marathons. (I am currently running 52 marathons in 52 weeks.) I was so proud of how well my body has adapted to running a marathon every single week. I then started thinking of all the times I felt stuck in my life. I thought about all the things that lead to me feeling stuck and I realized that during those times i had adapted to my circumstances in a negative way.
We want to help you guys continually improve and become the people you are meant to be. We are sure that you are probably going through some challenging stuff. Tune into this weeks podcast and learn how to grow from your circumstances and not become your circumstances.

Hi guys! Welcome back to another week’s episode.
Are you constantly complaining about the same people in your life? Does your frustration at work have a common theme? Odds are, you need to set a boundary. In this episode we are discussing that very topic! Setting boundaries will completely change your life.
Setting boundaries can be uncomfortable and hard, right? When was the last time you tried to set a hard and direct boundary with someone? How did it go? Did it go as planned or did you leave the conversation wanting to have done more?
Trust us... we have been there! Setting boundaries is not easy but luckily it can be simple. In this episode we dive into 2 different types of boundaries - internal and external. Internal boundaries being the standards we hold ourselves to & external being the boundaries we set with other people. We then discuss how to set boundaries and give some different ways to go about it. We even discuss how you can actually say "NO" and quit your people pleasing.
Trust us... this episode will be fire! You don't want to miss it. Tune in :)
