APRIL 5 | VENUS ENTERS PISCES

Collective Cards: The Empress (Venus) + The Moon (Pisces)

KEY POINTS:

- Opportunity to connect deeper with desires and feelings

- Opportunity to mother ourselves

- Expressing affection

- Time to play with sex appeal and self adornment

- Rules relationships of all kinds, in Pisces its influence is soft, kind, romantic and potentially unrealistic

- Venus impacts money. In Pisces we might have a tendency to get swept away instead of remaining consistent with our financial goals. We also may over/under-estimate the costs and/or what it will *really* cost us not just financially but also mentally/emotionally/physically/spiritually/time-wise

- Remember that money isn't everything so take a step back from clinging to it. Pay attention to your other characteristics and assets

- Note: be more devoted to staying on track than playing the role of a hopeless romantic

Bringing any idea into reality takes a plan, dedication, and action. Virgo, the Hermit in the tarot, invites us into critically thinking about what we want and how to get it

MINI MESSAGES:

EARTH: Leap + the Fool + Rest = as you start to contemplate change be sure to rest and remember that change is natural

WATER: No + Knight of Swords + Intuition = listen to what your body is saying. Tell people you'll get back to them and refrain from taking action for now, until you're feeling more clear

FIRE: Align your Life + 9 of Pentacles + Use your Hands = take time to quiet the noise and decompress. Resist the urge to make your life busier than it needs to be and do things with yah fingers that make you happy

AIR: Protection + Ace of Cups + Connect with your Ancestors = call your living guides in for assistance as you also call your power back to yourself. Focus on your wellness and create a plan for filling up your own cup

♓️✨ With Mercury in Pisces our minds are likely to consider more emotional forms of communication. The context of our thoughts might be dreamy and more compassionate for ourselves and others. If you've been planting seeds of self-awareness you might find they've grown and you're able to see a larger perspective much faster and/or open up to new ideas

MINI MESSAGES:

FIRE: Prince of Cups + the World = let yourself daydream and start to deepen your embodiment practice of matching emotions to your visualization

WATER: the Star + 6 of Pentacles = ask for help in flushing out your ideas. You're headed in the right direction but make sure you're trying to do everything alone

EARTH: Death + Princess of Cups = big transformational energy, lean in instead of resisting the change that's already happening

AIR: Temperance + 7 of Pentacles = stop trying to reinvent the wheel and make unnecessary busy work for yourself

Mars and Venus are both in Aquarius! To make the best use of this energy be sure you're letting yourself have fun. It's time to shake up the routines that feel boring (example: if you've been walking in the same park for a week, hit the hiking trails instead). It's also a great time to focus on the friendships, even in our romantic relationships. Pay attention to who you feel calm around as well and share your goals with them.

MINI MESSAGES -

Air: Wheel of Fortune + Knight of Wands + Justice = take action to change your luck! Now is the time to look at what's not working so that you can do something different. You don't need to have a perfectly crafted plan but you do need to have the courage to try something new.

Water: King of Wands + Page of Cups + 10 of Wands = you may not be able to put the weight down right now but can you give yourself a little breathing room? It's important to image being on the other side of a tough time. If delegating is possible - do so. Be sure to include your friends/family in your feelings so that helpful resources can be shared.

Earth: 9 of Swords + 3 of Swords + The Magician = Get out of your head and let your friends support you. It's time for a reframe! Understand that you have power. Now, your feelings might be powerful but you are more than your emotions. Let yourself cry it out and feel yourself renewed. Use the tools in your toolbox and don't be scared to switch up your self-care routine.

Fire: 6 of Wands + 5 of Cups + The High Priestess = Don't let your past take over your view of the future. Strike a balance between self-reflection and a good time. There is a whole future ahead and once you pull back the curtain to reveal your hearts truth you'll know what direction to take.

I hope these messages support you and I'm sending love until next time

- Jess

Collective Tarot Card: The Moon, Pisces  Focus on: Intention Setting, planting seeds you want to harvest later

FIRE: 5 of Wands + Peace + Humor + Make a Meal = get grounded with a little cooking and lighten up. Yup, there's a lot that's wrong but there is also a lot that can go right. When you're seeing things from a humorous stance you can break the ice, get everyone out of their comfort zone, and start the ball rolling towards peaceful outcomes

EARTH: 7 of Swords + Guiding Children (inner child) + Solitary + Nourish Your Temple = self care is important for you this full moon. Slow down and ask yourself what you need. Mind your mind and work to quiet the thoughts that distract you from where you're headed. It looks like you're going to be co-regulating others so filling up your cup is key, babes

WATER: Ace of Pentacles + Past Life + Mystery + Aromatherapy = get your zen on, smell some yummy things and take deep breaths! Challenge the thoughts that take you away from safety in the present moment. You're planting seeds of inner peace and self-soothing. Some of what you're feeling and sensing doesn't have answers so be as grounded as you can during this time and allow yourself to feel and heal

AIR: Wheel of Fortune + Be Strong + Authority + Connect with Fire = you have all the opportunity in front of you but a mindset shift is in order. Be strong and courageous! Thinking outside the box is a skill you're improving. If all you're doing is looking at the past for evidence you might find yourself down about missed opportunities so don't stay there too long. Light a candle and visualize solutions and new paths making their way to you

Quick fixes are designed to keep us checking out of our emotions and not in with how we're really feeling and doing. Now, some of the things I've listed aren't always problematic, until they're used to avoid emotion and processing pain/fear. If there's anything you'd add HMU on Instagram @Jess_the_Empress

The Strength Card in the Tarot

Leo can see it all, let me tell you! Not only are they great at lifting up others for their best qualities but they're also quick to pick out flaws. When Leo is expressing its Highest Self it creates its own excitement and lives with an open heart expression. Leo's pride themselves on working hard and taking action. Their shadow side is to be stuck thinking about themselves/the world in a doom-and-gloom way. So, the balance during this full moon is about creating self-awareness without falling victim to self-loathing.
