Questions to ask yourself:

- What obstacles are bound to pop up as I move towards accomplishing my goals?

- What things do I need to accomplish my goals?

- What I can begin doing tomorrow to work toward my goals?

Tips for making a good plan: 

- Don't overwhelm yourself by trying to complete everything. Instead come up with reasonable limits for yourself that keep you on track

- Write it down, you're WAY more likely to follow through when you see your plan on paper

- Read what you wrote down each day 

- Turn off your phone and protect your space

- If your task feels overwhelming, it's still too big and needs to be broken down into smaller tasks

- Conversely, if tasks are easier start to add a little more throughout the day/weeks

What commitments do you want to renew towards your independence and emotional well being? What parts of your character do you want to develop? What's satisfying you right now?

Tapping into small satisfactions signals to the universe that you're not allowing life to define your peace -- instead you're defining it for yourself

FIRE: Shame, Regret and guilt -- those are just bullshit + 3 of Swords + Milk and Honey. In short, maybe there are things you want to do differently moving forward but you can't take back the past. Keep learning to accept the small joys in the moment.

EARTH: You are giving your power away + The Fool + Chop Wood. In short, mind your business because your energy is put to better use making your life flourish. Other people around you might not be ready to level up their lives and that's not your problem to manage.

AIR: Put the fucking phone down + Temperance, Breathe. In short, new patterns of coping need to be established because your mind's energy is being misused with purposeless scrolling. Take conscious breathes as you break the bad habit of over-using your phone.

WATER: It's dark and you can't see a fucking thing + 10 of Pentacles, A Leg Up. In short, dead the self-doubt and pay attention to which tasks/goals need your attention. Ask for support and it will show up!
