The division we're experiencing in society isn't accidental. We've seen this division play out recently in reactions to Charlie Kirk's assassination. While some expressed appropriate horror at a man being killed in front of his wife and children, others celebrated or justified the violence based on political disagreements. This dehumanization process reveals how far we've strayed from our natural state of compassion and unity.
