Aditya was CTO at Dropbox, leading every innovation and managing the engineering teams. New product development? He oversaw that. Tech ops? He was in charge of that too. He joined the company when his own startup Cove was acquired by Dropbox.

Before that, Aditya was one of the first engineers and Director of Product Engineering at Facebook. Over there, he led the development of core products like news feed, search, profile, and photos.

Claire Novorol’s career has been guided by her deep interest in developing creative solutions to tackle real world problems. 

At Ada, she is responsible for overseeing medical affairs, clinical partnerships and for ensuring Ada's products are tailored to support patient needs. 

She has advised several health startups throughout her career, and also founded Doctorpreneurs - a global community of over 10,0000 medical professionals who share an interest in health entrepreneurship.

Prior to Ada, Claire worked as a Paediatrician and Clinical Geneticist within the NHS. She also has a degree in Pathology and a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Cambridge.

People think that creating accelerators and incubators can create another Silicon Valley. But those things weren't the cause of Silicon Valley's success - they were a consequence of it, a way to allow people that work hard and have the right mindset to be really close to each other. 

Europe isn’t Silicon Valley, and trying to copy it without really understanding it is a waste of time. And yes, in Europe we like to waste time. But as an entrepreneur, there are three things that you need: capital, talent, and time.  

 So what about all those incubators and accelerators across Europe, created to help entrepreneurs but that just...don't?
