Whether you took the deferred resignation offer from the White House or not, everyone is paying attention to its implementation. In an attempt to provide a softer and easier way to reduce the federal workforce, this is not necessarily a new idea for doing so, it's just never been attempted on this scale before. Over
the first three weeks of the Trump administration's shock and awe approach to reorder the government contractors have been unusually quiet. From the canceling of contracts to efforts to reduce the federal workforce. Industry and their associations have not publicly vocalized any broad concerns or offered any true opposition to U.S. DOGE services.
