Erica is a mom of 3, a Fitness and Lifestyle Coach with a passion for all things Fitness, Nutrition, and Menstrual Cycle Awareness. She believes that our menstrual cycle can be our superpower once we take the time to learn and understand our own hormones, moods & energies. When we are educated about our bodies, we can start to feel empowered in our bodies, be more compassionate with ourselves and create a happier more fulfilling life, moving with the ebbs and flow of our cycle.
Over the last number of years having learned more about menstrual cycle awareness and the female body and is passionate about teaching others to literally go with your flow. She does this through The 4 Phase challenge which she developed to help women understand more about their cycle, exercise and weight loss.
