Eliza Whiteman is co-founder and director of FlyDog Yoga, located in Charlottesville, VA and offer an array of classes, workshops, and teacher training. Eliza's husband, Brad, is an Army Special Forces Officer who served 10 years on active duty and served 10 more years in the Army National Guard who is now a yoga instructor as well. While FlyDog serves everyone, they are dedicated to bringing mindfulness and wellness to veterans, first responders, and currently, healthcare workers on the front line.
