We've all suffered some form of trauma from our childhood; I know I sure have. And recently, I announced that I was going to finally fulfill one of my childhood dreams, which was to write a fiction novel.
And after making that announcement a lot of different emotions and feelings started to surface, and they were uncomfortable. But upon reflecting on 'why' those feelings started arising, I realized it's because I was finally healing my terrified inner child, the one that I'd ignored for the better part of 17 years.
So this episode is all about the breakthroughs I had after announcing I was writing a book AND why you should let your inner child guild you in life. As well as ways to start healing yourself.
