In this week's podcast, I opened up about the challenges I've faced as an entrepreneur: weight gain, alcohol, and using Adderall as a crutch. However, I have made a firm decision to put an end to these negative habits. Even though it's been a tough year, it's important to confront such challenges and avoid using negative things as vices to cope with difficult times. I highlighted the temporary nature of such vices and their detrimental effects, and I expressed my commitment to setting a positive example and inspiring others. This experience has made me recognize the importance of responding to hardships in a positive way and steering clear of these negative practices.
