We're back!  After celebrating our one year Fix Fitness Guys anniversary...we had to put a pause on recording new episodes.  Just as the world began to put a pause to save some lives, Mark and Ian had to bunker down with our families and go to the drawing board.  In this episode we discuss our quick journey running a business on the fly and transitioning to a virtual world.  We do not know what the future holds, but we know what we can control to keep our lives going!  We know our WHY and it's you guys!  Every step we make is to help better our community and client base.  So cheers to a new month and another step in the "new normal".  Hope you guys enjoy this episode, and we will be back with more content very soon!

We made it to one year, and recorded an episode every week for the past 52 weeks!  Mark and Ian want to thank anyone that has ever listened, helped the FixFit guys by being a guest, attending a seminar, signing up for programming, or shouted us out over the past year.  Too many to thank, too humbled to go over it all in a post.  We went off the rails last night celebrating, drinking whiskey and going over a wide variety of topics.  The most important topic is what our goals and intentions are for the next year.  More content, more merch, more seminars, more, more more! Mark is shredded with Carnivore, and were all just now starting to listen.  After months of being called crazy, he's got the results to prove it.  We share our stories and journeys with this new diet and lifestyle and attest how performance in the gym, scale, and mental health is going.  Ian is more of a no carb, Carnivore-ish diet so get the scoops on that and his progress.  However, underlying is the balance of feeling its okay to cheat on your "diet" and have a life while staying on track with your ever changing goals.  We all know our main goal is aesthetics...so why not eliminate all the crap and start over?  It's never too late.  Start now, and join along before we take it to the next level and start getting Jacked for summer.  See you next week for our ONE YEAR anniversary.

You may have heard the rumblings about Head Coach of CFS Deej leaving CrossFit Sun.  You may be a member who saw the small clip of his reasonings why he has to leave the gym.  But we have a podcast, so why not sit down and hammer this thing out for everyone to clear the air.  This episode details what chapter Deej is turning to in the next phase of his life, how hard this is on the community, and how emotionally taxing this has been for Mark and Deej.  Brothers for over 8 years in this CFS gym building communities and strong families, these two sit down to let you inside and get to know where they are at now and what immediate changes to expect starting March 1st.  Well miss you Deej, but this isn't goodbye..it's just see ya....until the next CFS event.  You will always be apart of this family!  Good luck to you brotha!

This week we brought in our good good friend, the baby Yoda, the Dang.  A lifelong athlete as a martial artist to crossfitter, we finally convinced this young one to learn the FixFit principles and she was one of our success stories in the Concepts seminar over the past 8 weeks.  Dang has not only improved her injuries in FixFit, she also has helped correct her posture, tone herself up with FixFit Jacked, created the Pump Palace, and PR some major lifts this past weekend all injury free.  Dang inspires many in the CFS community with her tiny frame, crazy work ethic, and most of all strength.  She opens up and talks about her successes and how you can apply the mindset of an athlete by changing your intention of your workouts and use FixFit to improve your performance.  This part 1 episode is long overdue and I am positive we'll be hearing more content from Dango in the future!
