The FixFitness guys got together with Miles Lukas of Breath Fitness, members of CFS, and lots of new friends this past weekend for a Wim Hof Seminar.  This episode follows up to answer questions from the first episode, recap the new implementation ideas from the seminar and answer our burning questions about the protocol.  The benefits of meditation can go very array by reducing anxiety and improving your immune system for recovery.  The parallels of FixFit and Wim Hof method's are amazing, and we are super excited to keep expanding our wellness team with great people like Miles.  Enjoy!
