Your soul is the invisible, immortal you and without it there is no life. Your soul has a conscience, self-consciousness, volition and mentality. When you come to God-consciousness if you think “Yes, I want to know God” God will ensure you hear the gospel in your own language. If you want to know, He will reveal it. Grace and the truth of God’s Words are God’s standards of thinking for you. Only by thinking with divine viewpoint and acting with faith can you have an understanding of God’s plan for your life. “Stop thinking of self in terms of arrogance but think in terms of sanity as God has assigned to each one of us the standard of thinking from His Word” (Rom 12:3). Volition is your decision-maker and guards the entrance to your soul. The conscience is the protector of the soul. It houses your norms and standards, what your thoughts and actions are based on. Study, learn and grow - this is the process of the Christian life. Keep your eyes on the objective. “Looking to Jesus Christ, the author and the finisher of our faith” (Heb 12:2).
