Continuing with Mental Health Awareness Month, on today's episode we're talking about the 3 Social Media Boundaries you need to put in place to create better mental health.
Social media can be a very noisy place and one of the most important components to great mental health is peace. So it is our job to place the boundaries that we need to help protect our peace and build the best state of mental health.

While anxiety is normal it isn't meant to be your norm.
I want to share with you my own personal journey with anxiety and the ways that I deal with it. On today's episode, I share 5 tips to help deal with Anxiety in the moment and principles that I practice to help minimize anxiety in my life long term.
With May being Mental Health Awareness Month, I want to take all month to speak on and advocate for Mental Health. To me, this subject is of utter importance and I wholeheartedly believe once we learn to give our mind the care it needs and break the stigma surrounding Mental Health, we as a nation but also as humankind will be better for it.
This is your reminder that you are not alone, you are not the only one, I see you, I hear and I am with you.

The power of life and death is found on the tip of our tongue. So often as a believer we find ourselves waiting for the next great sermon, the next prophet word, conference or revelation but what we fail to recognize is there at 7,487 promises God gave to His children in the word of God.
Each promise is there for our taking, it is already said which makes it as good as done; because we both know God's word doesn't come back void.
All this means is everything we need, is already ours; all we have to do is take it and prophecy over our lives. Speak it out until we are living it out.
We have the power to preach our greatest sermon and it begins within us. We are the prophet we need most. Our greatest destiny, our blessings, and breakthroughs begin when we take God at His word and speak it into existence.
His promises are YES and AMEN.

I'm willing to bet that if you call your fear's bluff you'll realize that fear is a liar but I'm also willing to place an even bigger bet that whether it's real or not; fear cannot and should not stop you.
On today's episode, we'll talk about how to navigate fear:
1. Where is the fear in your life? Pinpointing the areas of your life where fear is hiding is crucial.
2. What if your fear isn't real?
3. What if it is?
4. Is fear your protector?
I believe you are destined for a big, bold, beautiful life and that life is only possible on the other side of fear. Let's face your fears together!

We've all been there and if you haven't, changes are that you likely will. Because the truth is the road to finding your forever love has a few speed bumps and pot holes that you encounter before you arrive.
And while heartbreaks, breakups, and pain are inevitable (because we're human) and while they feel like the end of the world; they're not.
However each heartbreak could have much greater consequences than just the pain you feel, if we don't heal properly each heartbreak causes damage that the next love pays for.
In today's episode, I talk about healthy principles that we can implement to help us navigate heartbreak and heal in a healthy way. Take a listen and share your thoughts with me. As always, sending you so much love.

It's easy for us to blame social media, after all, if it weren't for the perfectly curated and filtered photos we wouldn't have to compare other-selves to unrealistic expectations, right?
Well, I am going to challenge that because social media or no social media, realistic expectations or not; the only one that's responsible for monitoring our emotions and our thoughts is... well us. That's 100% on us. So when we find ourselves entangled in the trap of comparison, it's not social media to blame, it's on us to fix it.
And how do we do that? Join me in Episode 4 and let's talk about it!
