Master facilitator and coach Joanna Lindenbaum reveals her Four Seasons of Transformation framework, showing how honoring cycles of rest, growth, reflection, and release align with the brain’s natural rhythms. This can reduce burnout and create lasting change in business and personal development.
In each episode of Neuroscience of Coaching, host Dr. Irena O’Brien explains the science-based insights behind a particular concept and interviews a coach to discuss how these apply in the real world. Just as she does in her professional programs, Irena “un-complicates” neuroscience and teaches practical, evidence-based tools and strategies that listeners can use in their coaching practices.
Guest Bio:
Joanna Lindenbaum is the founder of the Applied Depth Institute, where she teaches master-level facilitation and coaching skills to coaches, healers, therapists, and speakers—equipping them to respond powerfully and effectively to the complex issues their clients bring.
With more than 20 years of experience and a rich background in coaching, human behavior, embodiment practices, and Archetype & Shadow work, her approach to ethical and trauma-informed facilitation empowers students to develop a level of skill, confidence, and depth that sets them apart from their peers. Graduates of her signature Sacred Depths Practitioner Certification consistently become top-tier practitioners, often experiencing profound personal transformation as they step into this level of mastery. As a result, they see meaningful growth in their businesses through stronger client results, more renewals, referrals, and increased professional opportunities.
She has led hundreds of retreats, workshops, and trainings with thousands of participants and clients across the U.S. and internationally.
