Melissa Hemsley is best known, along with her sister Jasmine, for writing about food. Her latest book Eat Green has also done really well, but it turns out that the recipe behind Melissa’s success has featured a significant measure of mental health issues, including grief and imposter syndrome. Now, Melissa’s journey from being a chef to an author and social media influencer has taken her in another interesting and more campaigning direction, as she explained to Matt Barbet in this episode.
