I've been hearing this question a lot lately among my friends so I thought it would be a great topic to discuss TOGETHER!

Hello Friends!

Many of you said you had more to discuss from our chat last week, so let's do that!! We will be looking at depression from all kinds of different angles. We will build on last week's conversation, sharing more of our own experiences while exploring new thoughts and strategies. I'll probably tie it in to how depression and ADHD go together. Again, I'm not a therapist or health care professional. I'm your friend, Leigh, and I invite you to join us in a honest, kind conversation!!
