Welcome Kellie! I am totally delighted that you’ve decided to do an episode with me!

I know we learned a little about you in the bio, but can you tell me more about your story and why you feel so passionate about time management?
Ok so let’s just start from the basics here. Where do you start with time management when you are a baby in the area?
Ok, what about if you’re the only one motivated with these ideas in your house? How do you get your family on board?
We chatted a little bit before the podcast but can you share more about your calendar, and the game board for life? Tell us what all that’s about!
Ok so the biggest thing that has come up when I talk to people about time management is time blocking. Is this something you do or no? Why?
Ok so last question about this….I know your business involves a lot of social media….Do you content batch? Is that the best thing to do? What is it you recommend?
Woo! That was super helpful, I know certainly for me! Now Kellie you have a freebie for our listeners right? Can you please tell them where to find it and you?

  • Episode 38: Sugar Freedom Series Day 10: A Love Letter
    A Love Letter

Today, you should write yourself a love letter.
It’s one that you will seal and put away until you achieve your goal. In
this letter, you should write about why you decided to undertake this
journey, why you feel as though a lifestyle change was necessary.
Think about how you feel about where you are in life. By the time
you see this letter again, you will have succeeded in your goal. So,
don’t forget to mention just how proud you are!

  • Episode 37: Sugar Freedom Series Day 9: Gaining Support
    Gaining Support

It’s important that you collect support from the people around you.
You have to consider who will offer you appropriate support.
You don’t want someone who will respond with judgment, fear or
even jealousy. This person (or these people) should be highly
    supportive.

Think about whom you wanted to share your vision board with, one
of those people is your support. This is someone who should help you
    maintain your positive mindset.

A great idea is to share your vision in our FB group!

🎙️ The Full On Purpose Podcast with Becky Williams, CHC

For the Christian woman with ADHD who loves Jesus, feels everything deeply, and wonders if she’ll ever get it together.

If you’re tired of the mental clutter, spiritual guilt, emotional overload, and trying to do all the things right—this podcast is for you. I’m Becky, a certified health coach, Enneagram teacher, and mama of three. Diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, I know what it’s like to crave calm, crave purpose, and still feel like you’re falling behind.

Each episode is a soul-deep conversation filled with truth, practical tools, and grace for the messy middle. You’ll hear biblical encouragement, emotional regulation tips, ADHD strategies, and real talk about identity, communication, motherhood, boundaries, relationships, and the noise of life.

Whether we’re talking about comparison, forgiveness, fear, or how to live out your faith when you feel overwhelmed—this space is your permission slip to be unfinished, unpolished, and still full of purpose.

Pull up a chair, grab your coffee, and let’s walk this out—on purpose.
