The Game Plan: Steve Fairchild The Red Zone Show Notes
This week in the Game plan series Keith and Coach Coiner have former coach NFL Offensive coordinator and college Head Coach, Steve Fairchild, to talk about ways to be proficient in the red zone. Coach Fairchild gave his areas within the red zone he like to mare with certain plays he felt fit within those areas. The coaches discuss different plans they thought were good in the red zone and Steve expressed it as an opportunity to get creative without doing too much. He even gives examples of ways to take some of your play calls and incorporate them into your red zone attack.
Steve Fairchild was a 5 year NFL Offensive Coordinator servicing the Buffalo Bills, St Louis Rams and San Diego Chargers. He spent 18 years in the collegiate game spending 4 years as a Head Coach at Colorado State.
