Genesis39:2-4, 20-23; Guest Preacher, George Hopkins, takes us into the story of Joseph and examines the work that God first did in Jospeh and secondly, the work that God did through Joseph. The work that He does in you, he also does through you.

Ephesians 6; The Christian is someone who has been thrust into the center of an age-old war - do your realize it? Are you ready for it? If we deny the spiritual world and deny the reality that we must fight, it won't be long before we're knocked down. This is akin to a man walking into the center of ancient warfare without armour. The Apostle Paul closes the letter of Ephesians with a call to war, a call to fight!

Ephesians 5:22-33; What is Paul talking about in Ephesians chapter 5? Husbands love and wives submit? Submit? What does that mean? Love? In what way? This teaching dives into gender roles as discovered in the Bible, beginning with Ephesians 5 and going to Genesis, 1 Corinthians, and 1 Timothy. And what we discover is that the Biblical call for manhood and womanhood is shockingly beautiful.

The fall out of sinful relationships is all around us. Marriages that are falling apart, children that are disobedient and parents who abuse, workers who cheat and bosses which threaten - this is the stuff that keeps us up at night. If Ephesians is going to adress a new liife, these relationships must be addressed. Christians are called to be filled with the Spirit which results in new relationships.

Ephesians 4:17-5:15; A new identity demands a new standard. You are no longer dead but God, because he is rich in mercy, has raised you to new life - so no longer walk as the dead! This teaching lays out the new way of life, the new standard - a call to holiness.

Ephesians 4:1-16; The Father chose you, the Son bled for you, the Spirit sealed you. You were dead but God made you alive, you have been connected with saints from every tribe and every tongue, and the church has a cosmic significance as the angelic world learns from us - so act like it! Walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you've been called!

Ephesians 3:1-21; As Jew and Gentile are eternally united in the Gospel, Paul gives us a glimpse into the spiritual realm - the angels are watching and learning! The church is so significant and plays such a central role in God's redemptive plan, that the angelic world watches us and is learning that God was indeed wise to send His Son to die for sinful humanity.

Ephesians 2:1-22; Do you have a passion for the church? You were dead. You were saved by grace. You were connected with the diverse body of believers - acess to the Father and reconciliation with one another. That is the message of Ephesians 2 and where this teaching lands. At the core we find that all of this is God's artwork - God has a passion for his wormanship and so should we.

Ephesians 1:1-23; This sermon begins a series in Ephesians and explores the many ways we are rich in Christ. Paul begins Ephesians explaining the Gospel and the gifts we receive from the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
