A young black man visits his caucasian girlfriend's mysterious family estate. Chris (Daniel Kaluuya) and Rose (Allison Williams) are at the "meet-the-parents" milestone of dating, and she invites him for a weekend getaway upstate with Missy and Dean. At first, Chris reads the family's overly accommodating behavior as nervous attempts to deal with their daughter's interracial relationship, but as the weekend progresses, a series of increasingly disturbing discoveries lead him to a truth that he never could have imagined.

Tom and Frost from Bad Captain Games stopped by to give us the "Mysterious Past" that led to their flagship game Zero Sum! It's a strategy card game set in a futuristic galaxy where players shape the fate of humanity by retrieving ancient technology from the ruins of a lost civilization. Representing powerful corporations, players take on the roles of agents, commanding soldiers, scientists and spies in overcoming challenging conditions on inhospitable planets. With SO many opportunities for heroism and/or villainy... definitely our kind of game.

Youtube celebrity PewDiePie comes under fire for supposedly racist comments. Felix Kjellberg, aka PewDiePie came under a backlash recently about the content of some of his videos possibly being racist and anti-semitic. A recent Wall Street Journal investigation into his YouTube channel found a total of nine videos posted since August 2016 that featured Nazi imagery or anti-Semitic humor. As a result of the Journal’s investigation, PewDiePie has lost partnerships (most notably with the Disney-owned Maker Studios) and accrued negative press. It's also spawned a tidal wave of support from other internet celebs, and a new arguement about pushing the envelope.

Pat had a refreshed reaction to DC's "Super Sons." The sons of Batman and Superman have graduated to their own monthly comic. But if they want to survive, they’re going to have to share it. Looking at the lives of Robin and Superboy and their destiny to follow in their fathers’ footsteps, while we meet a new villain whose ascension parallels the boys’ own understanding of their powers - except that his comes with a murderous superiority complex. Where many comics get WAAAAY into the dark realm as of late, SUper Sons seems to be keeping it lighter and more 'general audience' friendly. Appropriately vivid artwork and an entertaining, relatively fast paced story make this one worth checking out.
